The Main Villa has 3 bedrooms which include a double bed on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor (Master bedroom and Twin Bedroom). The living area overlooking to the 20 x 4 meter pool and the whirlpool offers a perfect environment to the pampered by villa staff day and night. The main villa is also completed with a cinema room and a mezzanine on the top level, which is perfect as a reading area or simply just for some private relaxation. Casa Mateo is a fully appointed private villa residence with staff attending to your every need, day and night, to ensure your stay is memorable. Decorated with comfortable modern contemporary furniture, the villa is both luring and eminently stylish.

The adjacent pavilion has two bedrooms, one with king sized bed and another one twin beds. The villa is suitable for a maximum of 10 guests and has a living and dining pavilion opposite the pool. All five bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and are all en-suite with beautiful outdoor bathrooms. The fully appointed rooms use the highest grade of white fresh linen and soft pillows for pure relaxation and comfort.

Villa dining service
We pride ourselves on the superb in villa dining service provided by our House Chef. Choose from an extensive menu of both Eastern & Western delights. Our staff will visit the market after your food selection has been made and will purchase the food required.
We are pleased to provide you with our suggested Menu items for breakfast, luncheon and dinner for your selection. Should you have any special requests, please discuss with us and we will arrange if at all possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your dining requests and special dietary needs. A selection of menus that our Chef is comfortable with preparing will be made available for you to review on a daily basis. For larger events we can also easily arrange for additional professional outside catering if needed.

A full complimentary breakfast is provided for each registered Guest. Prior to retiring at night, we ask that you advise us of your breakfast choice and the time that you require it to be served.
You may choose to shop for yourself or alternatively, you can ask the Chef to shop for you. All you need to do is prepare a list of food and drink, and the rest is done for you. Our staffs have been instructed to purchase only imported meats for our guests. Should you wish to eat local produce, please notify the Chef. You will be invoiced for the groceries of all non-complimentary food & beverage at the end of your stay but absolutely no mark-up from the shop prices. However, some special beverage items (as indicated) are attracting an additional charge.

Each day the friendly Balinese staff will cook a breakfast of fresh fruit, eggs, toast and coffee. Breakfast is prepared in the fully equipped kitchen found in each villa.
We advise when choosing a full set menu for your Luncheon or Dinner, only one selection can be made, for your group, from each of the Courses to a maximum of five courses. Unfortunately it is not possible to provide different selections for each course for each person.
We will very pleased to serve you for your in villa dining requirements, however, as we are a small team, advance notice is required for both luncheon and dinner. This will enable preparations including the purchasing of provisions.

Villa Sound of the Sea is a luxury villa right on the beach at Pererenan, a small Balinese community about 20 minutes drive from Seminyak, the centre of Balis sophisticated shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The world famous Nirwana Golf Course at Tanah Lot is 3.5km to the north west. It is one of five individually architecturally designed, 5- and 6-bedroom villas in the Pantai Lima estate.

Theres an iPod dock which is connected to speakers throughout the villa and the garden.
Theres a substantial media room with a High Definition movie projection system, plus a library of the latest films on dvd. Theres a tennis court with all-weather surface and night-lighting thats yours to enjoy. A selection of fitness equipment is also available should you want something more strenuous than long beach walks to keep in shape.

Swimming Pools & Jacuzzi
Sound of the Sea sits on 2500 square metres of Bali beachfront land planted in lush tropical vegetation and gently swaying palms.
There are 30 metres of beachfront, so you literally step off your front lawn on to the sand.

The two pools are extensive in scope too. The main infinity pool measures 20 x 5 metres for a total of 100 square metres.

There is a large 20 square metre childrens paddling pool, with a maximum depth of 60 centimetres. Its shaded from the sun under a thatched-roof bale.

Near the beachfront is a heated Jacuzzi designed for the enjoyment of up to six adults.

Water
Sound of the Seas water is drawn from a deep well, then filtered and treated with ultra-violet to make it completely drinkable directly from the tap. Still and sparkling mineral waters are also available as a matter of course.

Power
The villas electricity is supplied by the Indonesian national power company at 240 volts. Voltage regulators ensure against current spikes. A generator is on 24-hour stand-by just in case there is a power cut. Electrical sockets in Bali use the two-pin system commonly found in Europe. Adaptor plugs are available.

Phone/Fax
Every bedroom has an ISDN capable telephone. Calls between rooms dont cost anything. Local or international calls are charged at cost. There is a fax machine in the office which you are welcome to use.

Linen and laundry
Bed linen, mosquito nets and house towels are supplied. A full laundry service is provided. Dry cleaning is available from outside sources.

French executive chef Manuel Wendling and his team of sous chefs provide an eclectic menu selection melding classic French cooking, nouvelle cuisine, as well as Indonesian/Asian fusion food.

A selection of Manuels offerings include Fresh Tiger Prawns with Green Papaya Salad, Butter Fish with Chorizzo Crumble, Riviera Salad Alain Ducasse, Nasi Goreng, Sumac Mahi Mahi with sun dried tomatos, Babi Guling (traditional Balinese stuffed pork).

Bali is well-known for its culture, an important part of which are dance performances.

Sound of the Sea shares an all-weather tennis court with night-lighting, so pack your racquets if tennis is your game.

If youre into keeping fit, we can introduce you to a personal trainer; if youd like to learn to surf, an instructor can visit and teach you in the ocean in front of the villa. For a somewhat more relaxing time, a yoga teacher will take you for a class; and, of course, we can arrange a massage therapist to call.

The estate hosts 5 houses, each on plots of freehold land of between 2.100 sqm and 3.270 sqm. An estate manager, security team, gardeners team and a full time maintenance team are shared as well by the 5 houses.

Villa Angela is a single-storey, three-bedroom villa, complete with a 12 x 3 metre lap pool, hidden in the heart of the Petitenget area on Balis south-western coast. The villa is comprised of two buildings and a relaxation pavilion set within a compact walled garden planted with heliconia and palms. The style is simple and minimalist, characterised by clean lines, fresh décor and privacy. The colour scheme is chocolate and coffee, with crisp white walls displaying some colourful local artwork. The villa is equipped with WiFi Internet access and numerous other thoughtful considerations for the comfort of the guests. The entrance is marked by a rustic wooden door, and the artwork includes antique sculptures lovingly collected by the owner from the East Nusa Tenggara islands of Indonesia.

Location
Angels Villa is a mere twenty-five minutes' drive from the airport, and is conveniently located for all of the main shops, tourist attractions and vibrant nightspots. Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All three of the bedrooms are located poolside, and each is complemented by a private en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms form part of the main building, and the third bedroom rests within its own self-contained pavilion. Each bedroom is accessed from the garden via sliding glass doors, and each features a cool tiled floor, discreet ceiling lights, air-conditioning and the additional provision of a ceiling fan. Contemporary furnishings in each room include custom built king-size beds, bedside tables and lamps, floor to ceiling curtains, full length mirrors, desks and comfy chairs. In two of the bedrooms, a dressing area is located behind the bed and completed by a wall of fitted wardrobes, shelves and drawers, fashioned in stylish dark wood. The third bedroom is also well equipped with a wardrobe and storage space.

Adjacent bathrooms follow a chic black and white theme, and are accessed from the bedrooms via sliding glass doors. Each is fitted with a bathtub, a black marble vanity unit and white ceramic washbasins. Two of the bathrooms present twin washbasins. Toilets and rain showers are hidden separately behind private doors within each bathroom, and are fitted with extractor fans. One of bathrooms boasts a rain shower that is open to the sky; it is encompassed by fluted grey granite walls and a matching non-slip floor, and is fitted with a fly screen overhead for the comfort of the guests. The other two bathrooms feature indoor rain showers positioned within spacious cubicles attractively finished with mosaic tiled splash backs.

Open-air Living Space
The open-air living space is located poolside under an innovative bamboo roof, which lets in the light while shading guests from the sun. This is a delightful place to relax and socialise on deeply cushioned sofas and ottomans.

Pool, Sundeck and Bale
The 12 x 3 metre lap pool runs the length of the walled garden, and is directly accessed from each of the bedrooms and living areas. The pool is 1.6 metres deep throughout, and is flanked by an ironwood sundeck at one end, furnished with three sun beds. No chemicals are used in the pool; instead it employs an advanced ioniser filter system that is soft on the earth and gentle on the skin. A romantic wooden bale is tucked away in a private corner; this open-sided relaxation pavilion is characterised by a raised floor furnished with a large mattress and cushions under a thatched roof. It is fitted with an electric fan, lights and music speakers. This is another lovely spot for chilling out with a book, or enjoying an afternoon cocktail.

Living & Dining Room
The semi open-air living and dining room is cooled by natural breezes and ceiling fans. From this prime location, the guests can opt to walk (less than 10 minutes) via Dhyana Pura Street to Gado Gado beach or use the other way via Oberoi Street to KuDeTa beach.

The airport is within a 20-40 minute drive, the challenging surf beaches in Canggu, the picturesque temple site of Tanah Lot and the acclaimed Nirwana golf course. Ubud can be reached within 50 minutes.

This new holiday home encompasses a main building with 2 bedrooms and a separate garden pavilion consisting of a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The main building furthermore contains a large living space, equipped kitchen with large fridge, dining area and living area. There is also an upstairs junior/TV room ideal for kids and teenagers, is attached to and shares access with the master bedroom upstairs, has 2 comfortable single beds and shares bathroom with the master bedroom.

While the focal point of the entire room is a swinging love seat that was once customary for couples to sit upon during the pageantry of a traditional Indian wedding.
An integrated kitchen cum dining area is orientated towards the pool with full length doors that open wide for a seamless living effect.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are suitably distanced to ensure optimal levels of privacy. Almost identical in appearance, each features a generous canopied bed with crisp white linen and a splash of colour from sari inspired cushions. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with lavish facilities and signature body products.
The upstairs master suite bedroom is an adult sanctuary with a traditional high ceiling and timber panelled walls. Classic styled window shutters have been intricately carved and can be left open to capture drifts of refreshing sea breeze.

Villa Cinta (3 bedrooms)
This is a stylish three-bedroom villa that embodies Balis cultural traditions and artistic legacy. A kitchen alcove filled with all necessary equipment and tableware is discreetly tucked away in a far corner. The dining table, which is literally a solid chuck of polished timber, is a social gathering point and lends itself to long evenings of social interaction with good food, conversation and chilled bottles of wine.

The downstairs living area is a comfortable setting facing the swimming pool with locally handcrafted chairs and other visually appealing aesthetic pieces and artifacts.
Identical bedroom suites are located on the ground floor of the villa and showcase the spirit of Balinese workmanships. Each room has been designed as a nurturing retreat for nights of restful slumber. Exclusive en-suite bathroom facilities include a generous bathtub and outdoor shower.

Another living environment with timber floors and a high roof top is located upstairs and is open to embrace the elements. This area reveals a full sized billiard table that will provide hours of recreational fun for travellers of all ages.
The master bedroom is a sanctuary for adults with its king sized bed, matching timber furnishings and colour scheme of earthy shades. A spa inspired en-suite bathroom features a separate shower recess, stone inlaid bathtub and nurturing amenities to ensure personal bathing indulgence.

Villa Damou (1 bedroom)
Elevated to capture views over a tropically landscaped garden, Damou comes with its own outdoor environment. A decent sized swimming pool is edged by a timber sundeck featuring a colourfully cushioned sofa shaded by a giant umbrella. Structurally, the loft is divided into two distinct spaces for optimal comfort. The living area has contemporary built-in storage units to house a home entertainment system on one wall and kitchen amenities on the other.

The bedroom is a modern sanctuary where unpolished wooden floors, white walls and a customised bed give the room a refreshing edge. A strategically placed sofa in rich purple adds a vibrant accent of colour to an otherwise clean line décor. The bed faces a large picture window that bathes the room in natural sunlight and slides open for direct access into the pool.

An open-plan bathroom facility integrates neatly into the bedroom. The island-style vanity is equipped with twin wash basins while the shower and toilet are both enclosed within frosted glass cubicles. Visually, Damou takes on a look that is pure tropical chic. White-washed furnishings are made from sustainable timber and the only artworks lining the walls is a collection of framed photos depicting various legends of film and music.
