Full Description: This large 3 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Seminyak close to Hotel Pelangi and Bali Breezes Resort with only a 5 minutes walk to the beach. Most things you are willing to do during your holiday is within walking distance, beach, restaurants, the famous Seminyak night life, shops, spas and galleries. The beach is a 5 minutes stroll away. The villa is very quiet and peaceful with a private security controlled access road and from the balcony you can enjoy a great view over the rice fields.

Within a 20-40 minute drive you reach the airport, the challenging surf beaches in Canggu, the picturesque temple site of Tanah Lot and the acclaimed Nirwana golf course. Ubud can be reached in 50 minutes.

Great sense of privacy however so conveniently close to everything.

This new villa is built in a mixed Balinese / modern style. The villa has a main building with an open living room and kitchen, 1 bedroom in the separate guesthouse by the lap pool and 2 additional bedrooms (one in each separate guesthouse) by the second pool. The guesthouses each have a bedroom and a bathroom with an open shower. The tropical garden includes areas for relaxing, terraces, sundecks with sun-loungers around the two swimming pools. The villa is surrounded with high walls for your privacy.

Services
The staff can be reached 24 hour per day, housekeeping is available from 8am - 4pm and longer if required. They are friendly and helpful, but the emphasis is on your privacy and comfort.
The staff helps with making your stay enjoyable. They assist with your meals, spa services, car and driver, motorbike rental and many more services you may require during your stay.

Food Service
There are many options when it comes to food:

- The attentive staff is available to help with breakfast preparation and grocery shopping or you can use the fully equipped kitchen if you like to prepare you own meal.
- When you don't feel like going out then you can use our Room Service, choose from the great menus of the restaurants that are at our door step and the staff will serve your meal in the villa. Or simply order food delivery whenever you feel like it, 24 hours.

Room Service
Our Room Service offers menus from a variety of nearby restaurants and you can have your favourite food in the villa, even midnight snacks as one of the restaurants is open 24 hours. During housekeeping hours or on request the villa staff will serve the meal for you. There are great breakfast menus on offer and even if usually the continental breakfast is included you may sometimes want to add a special omelet or pancake to your breakfast. And for lunch or dinner it is possible to choose from different menus for the same meal. Pizza, hamburger, pasta, nasi goreng, salad, steak.... you name it. Because the restaurants are just as close as the average hotel restaurant is from your hotel room, the meal is hot and delicious when it is served.

Should you run out of soft drinks, beer or wine then there is a 24 hour convenience store at the entrance of our access road and our staff is happy to go shopping for you. No need to pay inflated hotel prices, a bottle of beer is less than a dollar.

Spa Service
We offer spa services in the privacy of your villa at very reasonable prices. Massage for one hour costs only USD 10. Facial, manicure and many other services are offered.

Car and driver
Air-conditioned car can be booked for your tours and sightseeing. The driver speaks good English and is also experienced tour guide. The price including fuel is USD 28 for up to 4 hours and USD 40 for up to 8 hours. Motorbike can be rented for USD 6 per day.
