Full Description: This beautiful holiday home is hidden away in the rice fields, just ten
minutes’ drive from Berawa beach on Bali’s south western coast. Offering guests
a choice of renting options, this newly built 5-bedroom retreat covers 2,000
square metres of land and is comprised of two self-contained villas, each with a
private entrance and a private pool. The 1-bedroom villa and the 4-bedroom villa
can either be linked or alternatively remain totally separated and private.
Designed by Balinese architect Putu Edy Semara, the style blends modern Balinese
architecture with minimalist design, local materials, hardwood floors, and
graceful, contemporary furnishings.
The approach to the villa is through the Balinese village of Umalas, the narrow
country lane then winds through the rice fields for another two kilometres
before reaching the main entrance and reception pavilion via a large courtyard
with a sizeable parking area.
The villa home presents luxury facilities in a spectacular natural setting,
encompassed by rice terraces reminiscent of amphitheatres. On a clear day, the
sweeping view is enhanced by the magical sight of the mountains. Guests staying
at this home will receive a privileged insight into rural Bali, yet the property
is only ten minutes’ drive from the shops, nightlife, spas, and internationally
acclaimed restaurants of Seminyak. The sweeping Seminyak Beach is renowned for
its world-class surf breaks, panoramic coastline views and legendary sunsets.
Neighbouring sport and leisure facilities include The Canggu Club, offering a
state-of-the art gym, a 25 metre swimming pool and a tennis & squash centre. The
Umalas Riding Stables is less than just two kilometres away, and the famous
Nirwana Golf Course is just twenty minutes’ drive. Convenient for all of Kuta’s
main shopping malls, and the island’s many tourist attractions, the villa is
thirty minutes’ drive from Bali’s International Airport.
Taking advantage of the Villa's tropical location, the majority of the rooms
boast large wood framed or folding glass doors, which can be opened up
completely to embrace an open air ambience or alternatively closed to enjoy the
benefits of full air-conditioning.
The property features Bengkirai wood floors, king size four-poster beds, wall
mounted, LCD flat screen TVs with satellite channels, DVD/CD players and safety
deposit boxes. WiFi broadband internet access is also provided for your
convenience. Furthermore, you can enjoy a unique bathing experience with the
villa's standing Rain Forest showers, high quality sanitary ware from Kolher,
and a thoughtful array of amenities.
This luxurious Bali Villa also presents two, 4 x 12 metre, infinity-edge lap
pools, flanked by pool gazebos and timber decks furnished with sun loungers. The
gardens are bordered by a glass wall designed to maximise the rice field views
and highlight the awareness of being positioned directly in the middle of such a
breathtaking rural area.

Less than a 10 minute drive from the beach, the shops and the internationally
acclaimed restaurants of trendy Seminyak, the villa is convenient for all of the
main shopping malls and tourist attractions, and yet is only a twenty five
minute drive from Bali's International Airport.
The locality of the villa is dotted with some of the most impressive private
Bali Villas on the Island, and the sweeping view is enhanced on clear days by
the magical sight of the mountains. Despite the close proximity to Seminyak, the
traditions of rural Bali still prevail; cows are herded through the fields and

middle of the rice field in Bali? Or finishing a relaxing afternoon in Bali with
a run on the treadmill?
In the lush garden of the villa rose our brand new Gym, professionally equipped
with treadmills, elliptical trainer, a BodySolid Multi-Gym, Dumbell Rack and
adjustable BodySolid Bench. The Gym is housed in a traditional Javanese style
Joglo, with a touch of Bali tradition in its alang-alang roof. There is also a
veranda for the guests to enjoy breakfast or a light meal.
The Gym is complimentary for our villa guests, and is open daily from 6am to

including a Villa Manager, Chef, Villa Attendant, Pool Attendant, Gardener and

The two separate villas can be joined to form to form a total of five bedrooms.
Both villas have a 4 x 12 meter private swimming pool overlooking the rice
fields.
A complimentary breakfast for two is provided for each bedroom. This can be
prepared by our chef in the villa's kitchen or from our master kitchen.
