Full Description: Villa Ambra is a luxury villa right on the beach at Pererenan Canggu, a small
Balinese community about 20 minutes drive from Seminyak, the centre of Bali’s
sophisticated shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The world famous Nirwana Golf
Course at Tanah Lot is 3.5km to the North West. Villa Ambra is one of five
individually architecturally designed, 5- and 6-bedroom villas in the Pantai
Lima estate. Each villa offers complete privacy and serenity, is truly spacious,
and has vast tropical gardens. All of the villa’s five bedrooms have sea views.
The villa is the epitome of beachfront tropical luxury with 45 metres of pure
beach frontage, and each of its five bedrooms having expansive and unimpeded sea
views.
Gifted French designers Gaelle Echene and Charles Pelletier have created a
unique ambience that combines beachcomber insouciance with utter luxury living
areas beautifully sited to the beach, the sea and the sky.
Everywhere in the villa home is room to move and to breathe in the sea air.
Floor space over two levels is more than 800 square metres, and the garden and
pool are a vast 2.200 square metres.
Rooms
At ground level, next to the entrance, is the 88 square metres open living room
with pantry and access to the powder room below. The area is completely
surrounded by a 40 square metres pond overlooking the sea, west facing.
On the first floor, another open living area, 45 square metres large and ideal
for sunset watching opens to the master suite and to an open air massage area.
This area can be completely privatised in turning the master suite into a first
floor private suite.
Each of villa’s bedrooms has a balcony with sea view with one bedroom boasting
its own spa. Moreover, a 60 m2 cinema movie room doubles as a yoga/exercise
area. There is a secluded 100 m2 pool, 25 sq m children’s pool and a large
Jacuzzi designed for eight adults. The large air-conditioned dining room
measures 50 m2 in size.
The Estate’s French Executive chef oversees a team of kitchen staff including
sous chefs. All food, wines, beers and spirits are charged at cost, with the
exception of cellared fine wines.
Villa Ambra is part of the exclusive Pantai Lima Estate but the property is so
spacious that guests are blissfully unaware of their neighbors.
Situated at Pererenan, a secluded strip of beach on the west coast between the
fashionable expat enclave the Canggu and the spiritually important Hindu temple
of Tanah Lot, this villa home is the epitome of peace, yet the excitement of
Seminyak with its shops, restaurants and night life is barely 25 minutes away by
car.
Swimming pool
20m x 5m infinity pool with overflow. Finished in sukabumi stone inside and lava
stone at the top. Complemented with a children shallow pool at dining room deck
level, and a heated Jacuzzi overlooking the sea Pool deck in iron wood, fixed
daybed and sun loungers.
Garden
Enchanted green Balinese modern. Lush tropical garden, jungle-like in the
entrance (see landscaping plans). Lots of little corners hidden in vegetation.
Two mature frangipanis in planter boxes inside the entrance pond, 4 around the
swimming pool, 2 next to the dining room. Coconut trees next to border and next
to media room. Bamboo walls, vegetation wall on the west wing. Equipped with
garden lights, Balinese statues and features. Along the stairs leading to the
pool, decorative rice paddies.
Modern features like rock surrounded by deck, mirrors, floating steps, pathway
in circular iron wood. Ponds are in Kerobokan stone, typically Balinese.

On Bali west coast 6 kilometres North of Seminyak, which is a 25 minutes drive,
3.5 kilometres south of Tanah Lot and its Nirwana golf course. A 45 minutes
drive (16 kilometres) from the airport.

The Estate
The estate hosts
5 houses, each on plots of freehold land of between 2.100 sqm and 3.270 sqm.
They share a common area of 1.200 sqm that includes a tennis court with a 250
sqm reception room below, a full backup generator, and a water treatment plant
(with deep well) producing drinkable water. An estate manager, security team,
gardener’s team and a full time maintenance team are shared as well by the 5
houses.
A full time international chef oversees the 5 kitchens in order to provide top
notch food and beverage to guests of the estate.
A total of around 70 full time staff service the estate.
