3. Numbers in Party and Children Policy

* The numbers of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number of 6 adults

* Children above 12 years old considered as an extra person and subject to additional charge of US$50++ per person.

4. Events and Parties

* Normal bookings are for vacation purposes, special permissions must be obtained for functions where the number of the people in attendance exceeds 100% of villa capacity.
* Additional charge of one (2) night villa rental rate is applied for events and parties functions. This does not include the event organizer and the local community (‘Banjar’) fee.
