Just around the corner are some 20 popular restaurants such as Rumours, La Trattoria, Ultimo, Soho and Mykonos in addition to galleries, spas and boutique
shops. The beach and the famous KuDeTa restaurant is less than a 10 minutes stroll away.
The villa is very quiet and peaceful with a private security controlled access
road and from the balcony you can enjoy nice views of the area.
Within a 20-40 minute drive you reach the airport, the challenging surf beaches
in Canggu, the picturesque temple site of Tanah Lot and the acclaimed Nirwana
golf course. Ubud can be reached in 50 minutes.

The villa home is build in a mixed Balinese / modern style and offers a main
building, with an open living room and kitchen downstairs, a master bedroom and
an office (optional) upstairs. Enjoy great views and Bali breezes from
the balcony. The tropical garden includes areas for relaxing and a sundeck with
sun-loungers around the swimming pool for your convenience. Furthermore, the villa is surrounded
by high walls
for your privacy.
Main building
The main building has a living area, dining space and a fully-equipped kitchen.
The spacious living area features a big television and has secure sliding doors
to stop children from reaching the pool unattended. The dining area has a table
and chairs, and in the corner of the living room, the well-stocked kitchen has a
stove, a microwave, a water dispenser, a coffee maker, a juicer, a cutlery set,
glass and china ware and a maxi bar. There is a barbecue and bar stage located
in between the guest house and main building.
Upstairs is the spacious air-conditioned master bedroom which has a king-sized
bed, wardrobe with safety deposit box and a semi-outdoor en-suite bathroom with
tub and open shower. Across from this bedroom is a small office with sofa bed
that can accommodate an extra person. Both rooms are linked by a furnished
balcony with fantastic views of the garden and pool which make it perfect for
enjoying a cocktail or curling up with a book.
Room 2 – Guest House
Facing the pool and gardens, the air-conditioned guest house has a double bed,
wardrobe with safety deposit box and a bathroom with open shower and exclusive
guest amenities and supplies.

In the corner of the compound, this charming guest house has a bedroom and
ensuite bathroom.
Ground and Landscape
The grounds of Villa Arjuna are dominated by a very inviting swimming pool which
is surrounded by tropical gardens. Nearby, a gazebo with comfortable chairs
beckons those who wish to relax in the sun.
