Comprised of 5 main structures on a large 3400 m2 plot of land, the villa accommodation
has been designed to recreate the feeling of Indonesia as experienced decades
ago. At the same time, all modern comforts and conveniences you could ask for,
are provided including imported kitchen appliances and present but never
imposing staff. All of the bedrooms have a stunning ocean views, are equipped
with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, and safety deposit boxes.
The villa has a private telephone and wireless internet connection available for
your convenience.
The grounds of the estate are covered in lush tropical gardens and a manicured
lawn. Timor statues stand guard over the 12 × 5 metres overflow pool and
relaxation bale (gazebo). Fruit trees of every variety speckle the property,
tucked to one corner is a organic garden providing fresh vegetables for your
meals.
If you prefer to swim or surf in the sea, a private bamboo bridge brings you
over the small lagoon to the secluded beach.
Villa Bungadesa is blessed year round with refreshing, ocean breezes and a
peaceful atmosphere where you can relax, read, meditate, or simply stretch out
and
let your mind wander.
Pavilion Toraja
Pavilion Toraja, adding strong currents of style from Sulawesi. The first floor
is fully open, and the dramatic high ceiling is carried on the pillars of a
traditional Javanese Joglo. A cosy TV sitting area is located to one side with
the dining room table that seats 12 is situated as to overlook the lush
tropical garden grounds and Indian Ocean.
The upstairs master bedroom smells of rich dark wood, setting a romantic feel to
mesh perfectly with the gorgeous sea view. Sunsets can be enjoying by
reclining in the fantastic king-sized Timor bed, over which hangs a rich
hand-woven tapestry. An open terrace, ensuite bathroom, and separate study
compose
the additional living areas of this room. An intricately carved sofa bed is
present to facilitate the conversion of the study into an additional sleeping
area.
The partially exposed, fully equipped modern kitchen allows for flexibility in
usage, whether guests would like to cook socially for themselves, or served by
the hidden hands of the talented staff. A guest bathroom sits off to one side
for convenience. Separated from the living area by a water pond and
stepping-stones is the first floor master bedroom. It is fitted with a king size
canopy bed, and its own private terrace. A walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite
open-air bathroom are added highlights. Bathing Balinese women overlook the
luxury bathtub from a stunning limestone carving.
Pavilion Timor
The first floor of the Pavilion Timor is dedicated to one large bedroom with its
own private terrace overlooking the ground. The terracotta floor adds richness
to the room, complimented by the king-sized canopy bed. Shell-inlay doors lead
to the open-air bathroom, complete with a small garden. Tactfully hidden under
the teakwood TV stand is a mini-fridge. Indonesian puppets stand poised above.
On the second floor, the first room consists of an open living area with a
Madura daybed and kitchenette. From this space, you can take in the fresh sea
air while resting in total privacy or you can retreat into the bedroom. Two
single canopy beds have been specially designed to easily convert into a single
king-sized bed, for added versatility. An ensuite bathroom compliments the
pavilion.
Pavilion Irian
Pavilion Irian, the guesthouse on the grounds, is set apart from the other units
to offer a complete retreat to privacy. This round building, topped with a high
alang-alang roof, houses one bedroom and its own private ensuite open-air
bathroom. The queen-sized bed is covered with brilliant batik linens, adding a
spice of colour to the room. A large day bed is ideal for a mid-day siesta, or
to put a child to rest. From the private terrace, you can overlook the
flourishing rice fields and the blooming lotus garden set to the far corner of
the grounds.
Pavilion Bali
The Pavilion Bali features an open-sided living and dining room as well as a
small open plan kitchen.
The spacious air-conditioned bedroom is positioned on ground level, furnished
with a romantic king size bed and harmonized with whimsically-carved artifacts.
Flat screen TV and DVD player.
Decorative double doors, inlaid with mother of pearl, mark the entrance to a
gorgeous garden bathroom, and walk-in rain shower.
Pavilion Lombok
The one Bedroom Pavilion Lombok situated in a separate structure is modeled
after a traditional Balinese rice barn.
The bathroom is nestled in the first level.
A high stair case to the second level offers a private open terrace adjoining a
bedroom furnished creatively with bamboo.
Two single canopy beds push together to form a single king size bed.

• Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available free-of-charge if we do not have
other guests arriving on that day.
• Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00
PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
• Every room is based on 2 persons. Extra guests will be charged $50 USD per
person per night.
Reservation Guarantee, Cancellation and No Show Policy:
• All reservations must be confirms with 50% deposit within 7 days after booking
is confirmed.
• Final payment is required 61 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
