Villa Intan is situated on a quiet spot between Dhyana
Pura Street and Oberoi Street (Eat Street). From this prime location, the guests can opt to walk
(less than 10 minutes) via Dhyana Pura
Street to Gado Gado beach or use the other way via Oberoi Street to KuDeTa
beach.
The airport is within a 20-40 minute drive, the challenging surf beaches in Canggu,
the picturesque temple site of Tanah Lot and the acclaimed Nirwana golf course.
Ubud can be reached within 50 minutes.
This new holiday home encompasses a main building with 2 bedrooms and a separate garden pavilion
consisting of a bedroom
with en-suite bathroom. The main building furthermore contains a large living space,
equipped kitchen with large fridge, dining area and living area. There is also
an upstairs junior/TV room ideal for kids and teenagers, is attached to and shares access with the
master bedroom upstairs, has 2 comfortable single beds and shares bathroom with
the master bedroom.
The spacious two-storey Bali villa has three bedrooms, a private pool, and a
garden adorned with loungers and a large bale. Doors and windows fold away
giving the buildings an uncluttered feel.
Accommodation
The first floor of the main building houses living and dining areas and a
kitchen. These rooms can be closed off by sliding doors to prevent children from
using the pool unattended. The dining area has an elegant table and chairs
allowing guests to watch TV while they eat and, in the corner of the living
room, the fully-equipped kitchen has a stove, a microwave, a water dispenser, a
refrigerator, a coffee maker, a juicer, cutlery, dining and glass ware and a
maxi bar.
Upstairs, the air-conditioned master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a fan, a
safety deposit box in the wardrobe and a large en-suite with shower, bath tub,
and twin wash basins. Adjoining the master bedroom is a TV room which has an LCD
TV with access to international channels, a DVD/CD player and speaker system.
This room can also be converted into a bedroom. Both rooms have access to a
balcony which looks over the garden and pool.
Opposite the dining and living area is an air-conditioned bedroom which has
double beds, a fan, a safety deposit box in the wardrobe and a large en-suite
with shower and wash basin.
The guest house is fronted by a terrace which looks out to the garden and pool.

Garden and Pool
The gazebo/day bed is located in the corner of the garden area providing
necessary shade when dozing off or reading a book while enjoying peace and
quiet. In addition, the garden is adorned with tropical trees and greenery,
private swimming pool with sundeck and has a fish pond with water feature.
