Full Description: Villa Nakula is located in the most sought after area in
Bali, in Seminyak Oberoi. Just around the corner is the well-known Oberoi (eat)
Street with some 20 popular restaurants such as Rumours, La Trattoria, Soho and
Mykonos in addition to galleries, spas, nightlife and boutique shops. The beach
and the famous KuDeTa restaurant is 10 minutes stroll away. With a private
security controlled access road, the villa is very quiet, peaceful and from the
balcony you can enjoy great views.
This Bali holiday villa consist of two bedrooms in mixed Balinese and modern
style. The villa has a 2 storey main building with an open living room, kitchen
downstairs and a master bedroom and office (or extra bedroom) upstairs. The
villa is surrounded with high walls for your privacy.
Master Room
Master Guest House is located on the upper level overlooking the swimming pool
and tropical garden. The palimanan stone stepping stones and tropical garden do
a good job in accentuating the house. The master bedroom features a comfortable
king bed, air conditioning, safety deposit box in the ward robe, bath tub and
open shower. Just opposite of the master bedroom is an office/extra room
(optional) featuring a single bed for an extra person.
Deluxe Room
The deluxe room is the second bedroom in Villa Nakula and perfectly suitable for
a couple. Located on the ground floor of the villa and just across from the
gazebo and open dining space. This air-conditioned bedroom features a double
bed, wardrobe and bath with shower.
Living Rooms
The living and dining area is completed a with sliding door and very comfortable
for children. Because the distance to the pool is short, these types of doors
are important in order to keep your children from jumping into the pool. The
kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities including cutleries and
glassware.
Dining Space
The dining space is located on the same floor as the kitchen and living space.
The guests can enjoy listening to music and watching TV or movie whilst having
breakfast or dinner. The elegant dining table and chair also made this private
dining prestigious.
Kitchen
The kitchen area is situated in the corner of the living room. The kitchen is
equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, cutlery dining set,
chinaware, mineral water dispenser and a maxi bar.
Garden and landscape
The villa plot space is dominated by an infinity swimming pool. It is surrounded
by a tropical garden with green grass, palms and tropical greenery as well as a
Balinese gazebo.
Within 20-40 minute drive is the airport, the challenging surf beaches in Canggu,
the picturesque temple site of Tanah Lot and the acclaimed Nirwana golf course.
Ubud can be reached in 50 minutes. Legian/Kuta area and Bintang supermarket are
only a 5 minutes drive.
