Full Description: Villa Santi is the perfect vacation home located in Keraton Seminyak near Dhyana Pura Street within walking
distance to Legian main street where you can find various shops, boutiques and
famous restaurants. A romantic holiday retreat, which is only a few minutes walk
to the well-know Bintang Supermarket where you can buy your daily groceries.
The beach is approximately a 10 minutes walk. Dhyana Pura main street is less
than a 10 minutes walk where you can find even more quality shops, restaurants
and nightlife.
The house has 4 large bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom area, from which
three bedrooms are situated in separate pavilions.
The main house encompasses a spacious living, dining area and equipped kitchen.
In addition, the bedroom can be accessed through the living or entered from the
front of the main building.
The lap pool is situated in the centre of the villa home and is completed with a
bubble spa. Next to the villa entrance is a separate garden bar with stools
providing the perfect spot to enjoy a late night drink with your friends or
family. The garden gazebo is perfect for reading a book or dozing off during a
hot tropical day.
Villa Santi Accommodation
Single storey Villa Santi has been designed with both comfort and style in mind
and features a beautifully decorated, light-filled interior. Each of the four
bedrooms has a semi-outdoor ensuite bathroom and a terrace to enjoy the gardens
where there is plenty of room for celebrations. A shaded area next to the pool
can accommodate up to 10 diners and there’s an outdoor bar and comfortable
lounge chairs.

Villa Santi is packed with modern home comforts and conveniences. The main
living area integrates a state-of-the-art kitchen featuring branded appliances
and tableware. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a dark timber table
which can convert into a billiard table. A lounge suite provides a cosy spot to
watch the flat-screen television. Opposite the main building is a barbecue
pavilion where guests can entertain family or friends.
Guest House
Three double bedrooms have been designed in the manner of individual guest
houses and each caters for the needs of two adults. The air-conditioned ensuite
bedrooms have Balinese tiled floors and are furnished with dark timber.
Living
Villa Santi is wrapped around a full length swimming pool with plenty of outdoor
space for sun lovers. A thatched pavilion has comfortable cushions and overlooks
the pool making it a lovely place to stretch out with a book. At the end of the
garden, a stone terrace has been designed for alfresco dining.
Tropical Elegance
Villa Santi combines traditional Balinese architecture with the best modern
design principles to create an indulgent tropical haven. There are stone and
timber features throughout the villa and decorative water features have been
added to stimulate the senses.
